What it does

From the checkout to delivery, in one place.

Point selection in the checkout

The customer chooses a pickup point or Z-BOX locker on the Packeta map, on a phone too. The chosen point is saved in the order and shown in the confirmation.

Sending by hand or automatically

Orders go to Packeta one by one, in bulk or automatically at the chosen order state, in several packets if needed.

Labels from the webshop

Packeta labels and labels of packets handed to another carrier, in the chosen size, one by one or in bulk; collection list and CSV export.

Packet tracking

Packet statuses update on their own, the order state follows them, and the customer receives the tracking link by e-mail.

Cash on delivery and 18+ products

Cash on delivery per payment method, with rounding and currency conversion; age verification on delivery per product.

Many countries, many carriers

Besides Packeta's own points, the home delivery and pickup point carriers of every country can be paired with the shipping methods of the webshop.

What do you need?

A Packeta contract. Upload the module as usual, enter the password and sender label from the Packeta client section, pair the shipping methods, and Packeta appears in the checkout. Before going live it can be tried from your own IP address only.

  • Compatibility: PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, with multistore installations too.
  • Carriers: Packeta pickup points, Z-BOX lockers, and Packeta's home delivery and pickup point partners in every country.
  • Labels: A6 and A7 size, on an A4 sheet or a label printer, Packeta labels and labels of other carriers.
  • Languages: Hungarian, English and Romanian interface; customer e-mails go in the language of the order.
  • Test mode: Packeta is visible in the checkout only from the listed IP addresses until you have tried it.
  • Updates: 12 months of updates and support.

Do I need a Packeta contract?
Yes. The module needs the password and sender label from the Packeta client section; Packeta invoices the shipping directly.
Which countries can I ship to?
Wherever Packeta delivers: to its own pickup points and Z-BOX lockers, and with its partner carriers to the door or to a pickup point. The module updates the carrier list daily.
Does it work with cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is set per payment method; rounding of the amount and conversion to the currency of the pickup point can be set too.
Can I send one order in several packets?
Yes. The number of packets can be set on the order page, and every packet gets its own number and label.
Can I try it before customers see it?
Yes. Before going live, Packeta is visible in the checkout only from the listed IP addresses, so the whole flow can be tried.
Which PrestaShop versions does it support?
PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, with multistore installations too.
On how many webshops can I use one licence?
The licence is for the domain given when ordering. Another webshop needs another licence; write to us and we will sort it out.
