Subscribers in both directions
A customer who subscribes to the newsletter joins the Klaviyo list you choose. Unsubscribes, suppressions and new subscriptions made in Klaviyo come back to the webshop; a suppression set in Klaviyo always applies.
Events and abandoned cart
Product views, add to cart, checkout starts, orders, and fulfilled, cancelled and refunded orders arrive as events. The checkout event carries a link that restores the cart. Products and their combinations go into the Klaviyo catalogue, for product blocks and recommendations.
Several accounts, by language
One webshop can have several Klaviyo accounts, each receiving its own languages. With several webshops, each has its own accounts and settings. The module checks the permissions of the key when you save it.
Properties of your own
Any webshop data can become a profile property of your own, through a read-only SQL query. Start from a sample (number of orders, total spent, favourite category, last order) and try it on a chosen customer before saving.
Tracking with consent
The Klaviyo script and the browsing events start only with the visitor’s consent. The source can be the cookie or JavaScript event of your cookie banner, or the Google Consent Mode signal, and you can try the decision on a visitor’s cookies.

What do you need?
A Klaviyo account with its private and public key (in Klaviyo: Settings, API keys), and a scheduled task (cron) on the hosting, every minute or every few minutes. Upload the module as usual, add the account, and the data starts to flow.

What people ask before buying
Which PrestaShop versions does it work with?
PrestaShop 1.7.4 to 9, with one or several webshops. Each webshop has its own accounts and settings.
Do my existing customers and products go across too?
Yes. The initial sync of customers, subscribers and products starts with one button each, and the scheduled task sends them in batches. Subscribers keep their subscription date and get no confirmation e-mail.
What happens when someone unsubscribes in Klaviyo?
Their newsletter subscription ends in the webshop too. Suppressions set in Klaviyo and new subscribers come across the same way. Of two opposite changes the later one applies; a Klaviyo suppression always does.
Does it track visitors without consent?
No. The Klaviyo script and the browsing events start only after consent. Order events are sent for every customer by default, as they record a purchase; this can be limited to subscribed customers.
What properties of my own can I create?
Anything a query can work out from the webshop data. Ready samples: number of orders, total spent, favourite category and date of the last order. The query only reads the webshop data. An account has 10 properties by default, which can be raised to 50.
Do I need to set anything up on the hosting?
Yes, a scheduled task (cron) calling the address the module gives, every minute or every few minutes. The address can be copied in the module with one button.
What happens when the module is uninstalled?
The module removes its menu items. The settings, the accounts and the data already sent to Klaviyo (profiles, list memberships, catalogue, events) stay.
