What it does

The status you use every day comes first, the rest stays out of the way.

Your order in every list

Statuses are moved by dragging, with the arrow buttons or with the keyboard. The saved order applies in the status filter of the order list, the status change of the selected orders, the order page, a new order and the invoices. One button sorts the list alphabetically, another puts the most used statuses first.

Statuses per profile

A status can be shown only to the ticked profiles, so the warehouse staff sees the shipping statuses only, for example. With nothing ticked, every profile sees the status.

Numbers out of the names

If numbered names have kept the order so far (1. Payment, [2] Shipping), the module cuts the numbers in every language and saves the order of the numbers. The old names come back with one button.

Check on your version

The Check window tests on the PrestaShop version of the shop whether the saved order reaches the status lists, and lists the screens where it applies. If it does not, a warning appears at the top of the Overview.

Per webshop, with a log

With more webshops, they share one order or each has an order of its own. The order can be exported to a file and imported into another webshop; the module logs its operations per webshop.

Hiding and groups

Statuses nobody uses are left out of the selectors, while the current status of an order is always shown. The Payment, Shipping, Closed and Other groups keep the Order screen easy to scan.

What you need to use it

The module ZIP is uploaded in the Module Manager as usual, the menu item appears under Orders. No external account and no scheduled task are needed. The order, the hiding and the profile limits change neither the orders nor the statuses, only the lists of the back office.

Questions before buying

Where does the order apply?
In the status filter of the order list, the status change of the selected orders, the status selector of the order page, a new order and the invoices generated by status.
Does it change the orders or the statuses?
No. The order, the hiding and the profile limits only change the lists of the back office. The status names are changed only by the Numbers in the names window, after its button is pressed, and the old names can be put back.
What happens to the statuses of a new payment module?
Statuses created after the last save go to the end of the list, marked “New”, and can be dragged to their place.
Does the status of an order disappear if I hide it?
No. A hidden status is only left out of the selectors; the current status of an order is still shown.
Does it work with several webshops?
Yes. The webshops can share one order, or each can have an order of its own. The order can be exported and imported into another webshop.
Which PrestaShop versions does it support?
PrestaShop 1.7.4 to 9, PHP 7.1 to 8.5. The Check window tests on the version of the shop whether the order reaches the status lists.
What happens when the module is uninstalled?
The status lists go back to PrestaShop’s alphabetical order. The saved order and the settings are kept and apply again after a new installation. Numbers cut from the names stay cut; before uninstalling, Put the names back restores them.
