The chat answers from the shop's products and texts, and recommends a matching product as a card.
What does this module do?
It adds a chat window to the shop. Visitors ask in their own words, and artificial intelligence answers from the shop's products, texts and settings: which product fits, what shipping costs, how returns work. A recommended product appears in the chat as a card with image, price and link. Ten chat designs, quick questions, rules, opening hours, a consent request and a WhatsApp handover can be set; conversations and orders placed after a chat are listed in the back office. It currently runs with an OpenAI (ChatGPT) API key.

What it does
The visitor asks, the chat answers from the shop's data.
Product cards in the chat
Products matching the question appear in the chat as cards with image, price and a link to the product page.
Ten chat designs
Classic, Obsidian, Chalk, Blossom, Support desk, Live chat, Aurora, Terminal, Paper and Glass, with your own accent colour, icon and chat button.
Quick questions and rules
Questions shown as buttons with a fixed answer, and rules the assistant follows in every answer.
Consent and limits
Consent or an e-mail address before the first message, message and conversation limits, blocked IP addresses, opening hours.
Handover to WhatsApp
When the assistant cannot help, the visitor continues with a person on WhatsApp in one click.

What do you need?
An OpenAI account with an API key (platform.openai.com). Upload the module as usual, enter the key, switch the chat on, and the chat button appears in the shop. In test mode it is first shown only to your own IP address.

What buyers ask before purchasing
Do I need an OpenAI account?
Yes. The API key created in the OpenAI account is entered in the module; usage is billed by OpenAI directly.
How much does a conversation cost?
It depends on the chosen model and the length of the answers. The Conversations list shows token usage and estimated cost per conversation, and the limits (messages per conversation, new conversations per hour) are set in the back office.
Where does the chat get its answers from?
From the shop's indexed products, the texts written about the shop, the products and shipping, and the rules you set. For a logged-in customer also from their own orders, when this is switched on.
Can I try it before visitors see it?
Yes. In test mode the chat is shown only to the given IP address, so it can be tried out before going live.
Which languages does it answer in?
In the shop's languages: the chat answers in the language the visitor is browsing, and the texts are set per language. The back office is English, Hungarian and Romanian.
Which PrestaShop versions does it run on?
PrestaShop 1.7 to 9, multistore installations included.
On how many shops can I use one licence?
The licence is tied to the domain given at purchase. Another shop needs another licence; write to us and we'll sort it out.
