Basic provisions
Romanian law governs matters not regulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms. The mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation apply to the parties without any separate stipulation.
These Terms remain in force until revoked. The Service Provider is entitled to amend the Terms unilaterally. The Service Provider publishes amendments on the websites 11 (eleven) days before they take effect. By using the websites, Users accept that all rules relating to the use of the websites automatically apply to them.
By entering the web shop website operated by the Service Provider, or by reading its content in any way – even if not a registered user of the web shop – the User acknowledges the provisions of these Terms as binding. If the User does not accept the terms, the User is not entitled to view the content of the web shop.
By entering the web shop website operated by the Service Provider, or by reading its content in any way – even if not a registered user of the web shop – the User automatically accepts the Barion grantConsent event, through which we send anonymised data to the Barion payment gateway.
The Service Provider reserves all rights in respect of the web shop website, any part of it, the content appearing on it and the distribution of the website. Downloading, storing electronically, processing or selling the content appearing in the web shop, or any part of it, without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
Ordering process
- The User can start shopping without registration.
- The User sets the quantity of the product or products to be purchased.
- The User places the selected products in the cart.
- The User can view the contents of the cart at any time by clicking the “cart contents” icon.
- If the User wishes to add more products to the cart, the User continues adding products. If the User does not wish to buy more products, the User checks the quantity of the products to be purchased. The cart contents can be deleted by clicking the “Bin” icon.
- The User selects the payment method and enters the delivery address.
The total amount payable, as shown in the order summary and the confirmation e-mail, includes all costs
The customer is notified of the total amount payable when the order is confirmed. The Service Provider sends the invoice to the User in electronic PDF format, to the e-mail address provided when ordering. By accepting these GTC, the User agrees to the invoice being sent/received in this way.
-The buyer accepts that the order will be cancelled in the case of a disproportionately low product price and a high delivery cost.
- Correcting data entry errors: before completing the ordering process, the User can always go back to the previous step, where the entered data can be corrected.
- After sending the order, the User receives a confirmation by e-mail. If this confirmation does not reach the User within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after the User sent the order, the User is released from the offer obligation or contractual obligation. The order and its confirmation are considered to have reached the Service Provider or the User when they become accessible to them. The Service Provider excludes its liability for confirmation if the confirmation does not arrive in time because the User provided an incorrect e-mail address during registration, or cannot receive messages because the storage of the account is full
Processing and fulfilment of orders
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Orders are usually processed immediately.
- The general fulfilment deadline is within 30 working days of the confirmation. If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the time of fulfilment, the Service Provider is obliged to fulfil the contract at the time or within the period specified in the User's request or, in the absence of a request, no later than thirty days after the order reaches the Service Provider. Otherwise, the Buyer may unilaterally withdraw from the contract.
- If the Service Provider does not fulfil its contractual obligation because the product specified in the contract is not available, it must inform the User of this without delay and refund the amount paid by the User without delay, but no later than within five days.
- The service provider reserves the right to refuse already confirmed orders in part or in full. Partial fulfilment may only take place after consultation with the User!
The trader's right of withdrawal
The trader may withdraw from the contract if, during the purchasing process, a contract with incorrect content was created due to one of the computer or technical problems indicated above; the trader also has a right of withdrawal if the ordered product is not currently in stock. The trader only enters into contracts with persons over 18 years of age who have legal capacity.

The record taken of the complaint must contain the following:
the consumer's name and address,
the place, time and manner of submitting the complaint,
a detailed description of the consumer's complaint, a list of the papers, documents and other evidence presented by the consumer,
the business's statement of its position on the consumer's complaint, if an immediate investigation of the complaint is possible,
the signature of the person taking the record and – except for oral complaints communicated by telephone or other electronic communication service – of the consumer,

in the case of an oral complaint communicated by telephone or other electronic communication service, the unique identification number of the complaint.
The business must keep the record of the complaint and a copy of the reply for three years and present them to the supervisory authorities on request.
If the complaint is rejected, the business must inform the consumer in writing which authority or conciliation body (békéltető testület) the consumer may turn to with the complaint, depending on its nature. The information must also include the registered office, telephone and internet contact details and postal address of the competent authority or of the conciliation body according to the consumer's place of residence or stay. The information must also state whether the business uses the conciliation body procedure to settle the consumer dispute.
Copyright
1. The Website is protected by copyright. The Service Provider is the copyright holder or authorised user of all content displayed on the Website and in the course of providing the services available through the Website: any work of authorship or other intellectual creation (including, among others, all graphics and other materials, the layout and editing of the Website interface, the software and other solutions used, the idea and the implementation).
2. Saving the content of the Website or parts of it to physical or other data carriers, or printing it, is permitted for private use or with the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Use beyond private use – for example storage in a database, transfer, publication or making it available for download, commercial distribution – is only possible with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.
Other provisions
1. The PrestaHU online store is an information system running on Linux/PHP, its level of security is adequate and its use does not pose a risk; however, we recommend that you take the following precautions: use anti-virus and anti-spyware software with an up-to-date database, and install the security updates of your operating system. Purchasing on the Website presupposes that the Customer is aware of the technical limitations of the Internet and accepts the possibility of errors inherent in the technology.
2. The Service Provider is entitled to amend these GTC unilaterally at any time. The Service Provider informs users of the amendments by e-mail before they take effect. When the amendments take effect, registered users must expressly accept them when logging in to the site in order to use it.
3. With regard to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the business has started performance with the consumer's express prior consent (placing an order for the product as intended), and the consumer, at the same time as giving this consent, acknowledged (by accepting the GTC) that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
4. The products (modules) available on the website may only be used for one website (domain name). The domain name on which the module will be installed must be provided when ordering. For use on more than one domain an additional fee is payable; in this case please contact customer service to determine the additional fee (it may vary by module).
5. The products (modules) available on the website are licensed, which means it can be detected if they are installed on a domain that is not among the website addresses provided when ordering. In this case, upon request, the module must be removed immediately, or the current price of the module must be paid.
6. Reselling, transferring, renting or any other form of commercial exploitation of the modules is strictly prohibited. Selling the modules to third parties is prohibited, whether for a one-off fee or on a monthly subscription basis, including but not limited to use in rentable web shop systems. The right of use is granted exclusively to the purchaser concerned; ownership and copyright of the modules remain with the original developer.
7. For the promotional bundles released in February 2022 (Basic, Pro, Enterprise), a discounted extension of the support period is not available; however, the current product bundle can be purchased "again" – thereby extending the support period by another 1 year – even if the bundle in question is no longer available to new customers.
8. Provisions on the support period and the operation of the module
The purchased modules are not subscription-based; they can be used for an unlimited time after purchase. The support period included with the purchase only determines how long new versions and updates are available and how long the Service Provider provides technical support.
After the support period expires, the module can still be used and in most cases works flawlessly; however, the Service Provider does not guarantee that it will continue to work without modification after changes made by third-party providers (e.g. courier services, payment systems, etc.). If such a change by a provider makes an update of the module necessary, an active support period is required again to obtain it.
Extending the support period
The support period can be extended within 24 months of its expiry. The extension fee is based on the module's current price valid on the day of the order, regardless of the price at which the User previously purchased the module: 50% of the current price for a 12-month period, 80% of the current price for a 24-month period.
The extended period starts from the end of the previous support period if it had not yet expired on the day of payment; otherwise from the day of payment.
The support period cannot be extended beyond 24 months after expiry. In this case, purchasing the module again at the current price provides a new support period.
Transitional provision: support periods that expired before this clause entered into force can be extended until 31 December 2026 according to the above pricing, even if more than 24 months have passed since expiry.
Data processing
The processing of personal data provided during purchase and registration is governed by the Privacy Policy. PrestaHU may also use customers' e-mail addresses in encoded form to build advertising audiences in the Google Ads and Meta advertising systems. Customers may object to this at any time by writing to info@prestahu.com – details can be found in the “Advertising audiences (Google Ads, Meta)” section of the Privacy Policy.
